Become an all-rounder in office management! You will work in various areas such as secretarial, accounting, human resources, quality management, legal and IT. Office management assistants carry out organizational and commercial/administrative tasks. You communicate with colleagues, customers and other external persons. For example, you will handle correspondence, design presentations, procure office supplies, plan and monitor appointments, prepare meetings and organize business trips. You will also be involved in order processing, write invoices and monitor incoming payments. You will also gain an insight into the Corporate Communications / Marketing and Sales departments.
IT specialist for system integration, Pforzheim
IT specialists for system integration work in our IT service team to make digitalization visible and usable.
This the living service concept of THOST’s internal IT department and the declared training objective for our IT specialists. Their exciting tasks cover the entire spectrum of a future-proof IT environment in modern THOST working environments. The tasks are varied, ranging from the selection, procurement and provision to the maintenance of hardware and software. The IT specialists in THOST IT Service also provide advice and support for all THOST colleagues. Together with a dynamic, motivated team, our trainees play an active role in shaping digitalization.

Dual study program in project management

Together with the private, state-recognized International University IU, THOST Project Management offers a dual course of study in civil engineering or architecture. In this part-time course, working in our company is an integral part of the academic training. As a dual study student, you will regularly alternate between studying on campus (or virtually) and working in our company. This allows you to put what you have learned directly in practice and gain professional experience in project management during your studies.
