Focus on
sustainability
Sustainable and responsible corporate governance is firmly embedded at THOST. As part of the German network of the UN Global Compact, we actively advocate for a wide range of ESG and sustainability issues, including climate and environmental protection, work-life balance, diversity, CSR, and compliance management, and report annually on our progress as part of the Communication on Progress (CoP).
In addition, THOST regularly participates in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment, which evaluates Our Company in areas such as the environment, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement.
Our service portfolio is also strongly aligned with ESG criteria and we are specifically involved in projects relating to future technologies such as hydrogen, e-mobility and decarbonization. Benefit from our competence and expertise, for example with regard to the energy-efficient refurbishment of existing properties, Energy Consultancy or ESG Funding Management.

Through our “THOST Academy,” we enhance Project Management skills and deepen knowledge in selected specialized topics. To this end, we also engage external lecturers and trainers who regularly teach courses and give lectures at universities and colleges.
The “THOST Academy” provides training—both internally and externally. We also offer our clients and their employees customized training and seminar programs covering all areas of Project Management, such as Schedule Control, Cost Control, Project Management Tools, and Contract Management (e.g., in accordance with FIDIC, VOB/BGB, and HOAI).
