Your Tasks

Join THOST Project Management and become the technical owner of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a large-scale industrial construction programme.

  • Own the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Client Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), ensuring schedule integrity and programme consistency.
  • Integrate and coordinate contractor schedules into the Client IMS, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, contractual milestones and client requirements.
  • Perform schedule quality reviews and analyses to support programme scheduling, forecasting, critical path management and executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate scheduling interfaces between Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Permitting and EPC Contractors.
  • Support the preparation of programme reports, executive dashboards and schedule performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling standards, governance and digital scheduling processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Time & Scheduling Management to support strategic programme scheduling and the successful delivery of one of Europe's largest industrial construction programmes.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure programmes.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Office and Project, Power BI, IMS and CPM
  • Experience in large-scale industrial construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, energy, data centres or complex industrial facilities is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contract environments is desirable.
  • English and Spanish — Professional working proficiency (mandatory), German — Advantageous
