Senior Project Scheduler (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Join THOST Project Management and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale industrial construction programme

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the schedules for the assigned Construction packages, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies and programme objectives
• Review contractor schedules, monitor progress and challenge scheduling assumptions where necessary to ensure realistic and achievable delivery plans
• Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestone status and recovery scenarios to support construction management and project management decision-making
• Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other project stakeholders
• Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings, providing clear schedule analyses and recommendations
• Identify scheduling risks, delays and opportunities, supporting the development of practical recovery strategies
• Work closely with the IMS Scheduling Specialist to ensure alignment between package schedules and the Client Integrated Master Schedule

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing construction schedules for complex building or infrastructure packages
• Experience working with EPC Contractors in industrial construction environments
• Previous experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, logistics, energy or similar industrial projects is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract environments is desirable
• English and Spanish — Professional working proficiency (mandatory), German — Advantageous
