Lean Management in the Construction Industry
Optimize construction projects
Lean Management in Construction (LMB) is derived from the classic “lean management method” used in the automotive industry. It ensures that everything runs as smoothly as possible, from planning and execution through to the completion of a project. We support our customers and clients in optimizing planning and execution processes, minimizing waste of materials, time and costs and thus offering them maximum added value. The early implementation of Lean Management is particularly advantageous, but it also provides valuable support for ongoing projects in order to effectively overcome challenges. We use the Last Planner System® methodology in particular for both the execution phase (lean construction) and the planning phase (lean design), as well as the cycle planning / cycle control approach as an alternative. As part of a simulation workshop, we also offer the opportunity to introduce project participants to the LMB methodology.
Our Expertise
