11. GLCI Congress 2025 in Frankfurt

The German Lean Construction Institute – GLCI e. V. invites you to Germany’s largest industry meeting on lean construction in November 2025. For three days, experts from the entire value chain of the construction and real estate industry will come together to talk about current developments, successful applications and new perspectives in the lean context. A special highlight is the keynote speech by Dr. Katharina Rege on the topic of “Leading Change”. The focus will be on the question of how change processes in projects and organizations can be designed effectively – a topic that is becoming increasingly important in view of the current challenges.

Program highlights

November 26 – Learning Day
The kick-off is all about learning: seminars and simulations provide a sound insight into lean principles, methods and tools. The day is complemented by training sessions on moderation and communication in construction projects.

27 November – Conference day
The second day offers a varied program with specialist presentations and breakout sessions. Key topics include:

• Lean management in challenging times
• Lean Leadership
• Lean culture, leadership and error competence
• Integrated project management
• Lean and artificial intelligence

The sponsorship prizes for outstanding theses will also be awarded and the final of the GLCI Project Awards 2025 will be held.

November 28 – Practical day
Finally, we will visit selected construction sites in Frankfurt and the region. Participants will gain practical insights into lean applications directly on site.
