Planning, realizing and operating buildings digitally and collaboratively – this is made possible by Building Information Modelling, or BIM for short. Nevertheless, there is still a lack of appropriate remuneration standards that adequately cover BIM planning services.

For example, the Immobilienzeitung took an interest in the proposal for a new fee model for planners and developers developed by our colleague Dr. Thomas Bahnert together with the BIM and Fees working group.
