Complexity knows no project size

PPG is relocating its application department to an existing building in Weingarten and comprehensively modernizing the ventilation and air conditioning technology. The conversion is being carried out during ongoing operations and under high safety requirements ; including with regard to ATEX, fire protection and ventilation.

Despite the limited project volume, the number of trades involved is high. The small-scale awarding of contracts, a high interface load and international coordination processes significantly increase the coordination requirements.
