Kardex: Milestone reached

With the topping-out ceremony, the new Kardex administration building in Bellheim has reached an important milestone. The new five-storey building will offer around 260 employees a modern and future-oriented working environment on approximately 6,000 square meters of office space. Kardex is thus making a significant contribution to the further development of the Locations.

THOST has been supporting the project in Project Controlling since summer 2024. The focus is on ensuring costs, deadlines and quality as well as representing the client’s interests comprehensively vis-à-vis all parties involved in the project. The new building is being implemented by the Heberger Group as general contractor.

Following the successful topping-out ceremony, the next construction phases are now on the agenda. Completion of the administration building is scheduled for the end of this year.

About us, the site development in Bellheim includes further sub-projects. These include the redesign of the apprentice workshop with academy, the restructuring and optimization of the e-infrastructure on the entire site and conversion measures in production. THOST is also supporting these projects as part of Project Controlling.
