This is what the office of the future looks like

The most important advantages of the office over working from home, apart from the personal exchange with colleagues, are the premises and their possibilities – if they are well thought out. Versatile meeting rooms with reduced noise pollution are just as important as flexible communal and communication areas.

Modern office landscapes have changed in recent years and will continue to do so: The increased focus on remote working and sustainability is rewriting the rules. So what will the office of the future look like?

Our Managing Director Mathias Heiser and Sven Baade, Head of our Center of Competence for Demand Planning, know this. In their article for the IHK Karlsruhe, they provide insights into workplace typologies and sustainable utilization concepts. One thing is clear: the office of the future must be viewed holistically.
