THOST Group Summer Festival “
” at the Wildparkstadion in Karlsruhe

A stadium atmosphere, summer weather, and, above all, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues: The THOST Group’s summer festival brought together employees from all locations in Germany and abroad at the Karlsruher SC Wildparkstadion to exchange ideas and enjoy a special day together.

Even the “Walk of THOST” offered a unique way to experience the venue: The route led past the coaches’ and players’ benches to the seats in the North Stand, where guests were welcomed. KSC President Holger Siegmund-Schultze provided some substantive insight, discussing how to tackle challenges in a conversation with managing directors Mathias Heiser and Michael Müller. He emphasized how important clear values and a strong inner resolve are, especially in difficult situations.

Oliver Thost, managing partner, provided an outlook on the group’s future development. Another highlight was provided by Christian Lindemann, a star of Cirque du Soleil®, who demonstrated in his presentation how presence, confidence, and enthusiasm can win people over—both on the “stages of life” and in a professional context. His message: In an age when so much seems interchangeable, personal experience and genuine expertise continue to grow in importance.

The afternoon and evening program that followed provided plenty of opportunities for shared experiences. Creative and athletic activities, culinary highlights, and musical entertainment made for an atmospheric conclusion to a day that was all about personal interaction and camaraderie within the THOST group.
