New Locations Opened in Ulm

THOST Projektmanagement officially celebrated the opening of a new location at Liststraße 1, 89079 Ulm on January 13, 2026. The branch strengthens Our Company’s presence in the region and serves as a point of contact for Project Management services in the areas of infrastructure and real estate.

With Ulm, THOST is specifically strengthening its presence in southern Germany. The city not only forms an important bridge between the THOST Locations of Stuttgart and Munich, but together with Augsburg also opens up the attractive economic area of Swabia as far as the Allgäu and Lake Constance. The region is characterized by medium-sized companies and future-oriented industries – ideal conditions for expanding existing networks, developing new partnerships and driving growth forward.

The THOST Projektmanagement team in Ulm focuses on providing services in Project Management, Project Controlling and Project Management for infrastructure and real estate projects. One current project with a regional focus is the Ammersee railroad in the Karwendel network; work is currently in the final phase.

At the official opening on January 13, representatives from business and chambers came together to discuss current challenges and developments in Project Management, including location developments, Building Information Modelling and transport infrastructure projects.
