New water park and hotel in the leisure park

THOST supported a large German leisure park in realizing a water park with an adjoining adventure hotel adjacent to its existing grounds. In the first construction phase, an indoor water park with a visitor capacity of approx. 4,000 people was created. The water park has numerous attractions such as slides, wave pools and current channels, as well as the associated functional buildings. At the same time, a 4-star superior themed hotel with 300 rooms and 1,200 beds was built to match the quality and facilities of the existing hotel on the park grounds. The total area of the project is around 65,000 m² gross surface area, including approx. 3,500 m² of water area.

THOST Projektmanagement took on the holistic project management in accordance with architectural regulations project stages 1 to 5 in areas A to E. Our services included both partial project management services and representation of the project as part of a public participation process. We successfully supported all phases from preparation to completion.
