Project management for green hydrogen

THOST is managing an extensive project in the field of hydrogen for Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH. The aim is to build an electrolyser for the production of green hydrogen and to implement an H2 pipeline network that will supply the Stuttgart region with green hydrogen. Our services cover various core areas that will make a significant contribution to the success of the project.

We are responsible for implementing the knowledge transfer and the development of processes in areas such as project organization, communication management, deadline management and cost management. Our experts ensure the project’s efficient realisation by managing the schedule, setting up a project organization manual and providing support in funding management. Another part of the contract involves reporting and meeting management, including information preparation, moderation of meetings and taking minutes.
