Construction of hotel, office and retail space

Space was created on the construction site for a bank branch with around 300 workstations as well as additional office and commercial space for rent. The new hotel building comprised approx. 160 rooms, while the retail space on the first floor of around 2,500 m² was let externally. In cooperation with the direct neighbor, a school, the project scope was expanded to include the demolition and new construction of an auditorium with up to 700 seats as well as the new construction of music classrooms and administrative rooms for the high school. A three-storey underground car park with around 350 parking spaces and a bicycle garage with over 400 bicycle parking spaces was built under the entire site.

The project comprised approx. 21,150 m² of gross floor area above ground for offices, hotel and retail as well as around 4,110 m² of gross floor area above ground for a secondary school plus approx. 14,000 m² of gross floor area below ground for underground parking and technical areas. The total gross floor area is approx. 45,000 m².
