The new building for the clinics of neurology, psychiatry and psychosomatics for a healthcare facility was erected adjacent to the existing building on a construction area of 4,670 m². The new building extends into the old building with parts of the emergency room. In the long term, these clinics will be completely relocated to the new building.
THOST was responsible for comprehensive project management for the hospital in accordance with architectural guidelines, including the review and assessment of funding applications and the preparation of the general contractor tender documents. Another focus was the coordination of interfaces for the new construction of the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases in order to ensure smooth cooperation and compliance with high quality standards.
