THOST is carrying out an extensive project in the field of hydrogen for Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH. The aim is to build an electrolyser for the production of green hydrogen and to implement an H2 pipeline network that will supply the Stuttgart region with green hydrogen. Our services include various core areas that contribute significantly to the success of the project.

We implement the transfer of knowledge and the development of processes in areas such as project organization, communication management, deadline management and cost management. Our experts ensure efficient project management by controlling the Scheduling, setting up a project organization manual and providing support in Funding Management. Another part of the contract is reporting and meeting management, including information preparation, moderation of meetings and taking minutes.

The processes and systems we have established enable our customer to ensure sustainable and efficient project management in future projects.
