Construction of a new production facility for battery cells

Our client is planning and realizing a new battery cell factory in Sagunto near Valencia, Spain. The gigafactory is a key project to accelerate the transition to electromobility.

THOST handles Project Management and Construction Management on behalf of the investor, including the coordination and communication with all project stakeholders, schedule and cost management, as well as decision-making and change management. As part of our Construction Management services, we are also responsible for technical construction supervision, construction site coordination, Logistics management, contract and claims management, and detailed cost and invoice verification. In addition, we support the commissioning, handover of spaces, and final acceptance of the project.
