Construction of a climate-neutral office building

Hamburger Energienetze GmbH has commissioned the construction of a new office building with a gross floor area of around 8,000 m² and 270 workstations at its Hamburg-Bramfeld site. The building is spread over four full storeys and offers contemporary working environments with communication and collaboration areas. It will be built to at least the Credit Institute for Reconstruction 40 energy efficiency standard; the overriding goal is to achieve climate neutrality across all phases of the building’s life cycle.
