New construction of a climate-neutral office building

Hamburger Energienetze GmbH has commissioned the construction of a new office building with a gross floor area of around 8,000 m² and 270 workstations at its Hamburg-Bramfeld site. The building is spread over four full storeys and offers contemporary working environments with communication and collaboration areas. It will be built to at least the KfW Efficiency House 40 standard; the overriding goal is to achieve climate neutrality across all phases of the building’s life cycle.

THOST Projektmanagement provides comprehensive project management services in accordance with German engineering standards (action areas A-F), including the establishment of all necessary management methods, the creation and maintenance of a project organization manual and the implementation of the Dalux project management system. In addition, the tender documents were drawn up for a total contractor and a public negotiation procedure was carried out in accordance with VgV. THOST is also responsible for BIM management, Energy Consultancy and schedule, cost, risk and interface management.
