Construction of a Production Facility

Our client is planning and building a new battery cell factory in Spain. The gigafactory is a key project to accelerate the transition to electromobility.

THOST takes on the project and Construction Management for the investor, including the coordination and information of all project participants, schedule and cost management as well as decision and change management. As part of Construction Management, we are also responsible for technical construction supervision, construction site coordination, Logistics Management, Contract and Claims Management and detailed cost and invoice auditing. We also provide support during the commissioning and start-up of the Projects.
