As part of the construction of a new ferrochrome plant with a planned annual production of around 440,000 tons of ferrochrome, THOST supported Project Management with comprehensive services in Commercial Management, Contract & Claims Management as well as in the management and coordination of the award process.
Our tasks also included contract reviews, continuous cost control, the preparation of award and cost reports and overall schedule control. Scheduling was carried out in Primavera P6, accompanied by Schedule Control throughout the entire project. These services were supplemented by an internal and external reporting system.
