Ensuring disposal safety

As part of a comprehensive project for a chemical company, measures were developed to ensure safe disposal at the incineration plants in order to cover continuously increasing disposal volumes. In North Rhine-Westphalia, two central sub-projects focused on the waste disposal of liquid residues.

We were responsible for the holistic management of these sub-projects. Our main tasks included regularly preparing the project status for Project Management and the Technical Committee as well as monthly reporting to the decision-makers. In addition, we brought about important decisions in good time, prepared and moderated project deadlines and optimized organizational, scheduling and cost-related interfaces. Through targeted cost and Schedule Control and the analysis of opportunities and risks, we developed tailor-made recommendations for action to ensure the success of the project.
