THOST Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG from Baden-Württemberg supported TRUMPF Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG in the construction of a new production site in Ditzingen. Multi-storey halls with clean room areas for production and development as well as a recycling center and an office building were built on a gross floor area of around 44,480 m². The connection to existing structures was made via the extension of the development axis.
The main usable areas consist of production areas, production-related offices, a separate shipping and delivery area, clean room areas as well as reception and logistics areas. The office building and the production-related office areas include individual and open-plan offices as well as meeting rooms based on the desk-sharing concept.
Services provided by THOST included Project Management, including partial Project Management services to represent the client, as well as Lean Management.
