Construction of a new vaccine production facility

As part of the construction of a new mRNA vaccine production plant, our Project Controlling team provided support in the areas of Scheduling, Document Management and Cost Management. Scheduling included the creation and structuring of plans in Oracle Primavera P6, their regular updating and updating as well as the implementation of workshops and coordination with the project participants. Document Management involved managing access rights, creating document guidelines and approval workflows, training and monitoring compliance with guidelines. Cost management included the preparation of purchase requisitions and PM orders, the creation of order overviews and cost forecasts as well as the control and adjustment of planned values in SAP.
