The new building for the clinics of neurology, psychiatry and psychosomatics for a healthcare facility was constructed next to the existing building on an area of 4,670 m². The new building connects with the old building in sections of the emergency room. Over time, these clinics will be completely relocated to the new building.

THOST was responsible for the Project Controlling for the hospital in accordance with architectural guidelines, including the review and assessment of funding applications and the preparation of the general contractor tender documentation. Another focus was the coordination of interfaces for the construction of the German Centre for Neurodegenerative Diseases in order to ensure both a smooth cooperation and the compliance with high quality standards.
