Planning services and fees with BIM
We advise on the drafting of contracts (no legal advice) with regard to service content, processes and remuneration. In the course of the project, we will support you in contract management. The focus of these advisory services is on planning contracts in the context of HOAI and the implementation of BIM. In addition to traditional fee-based consultancy services, we also offer training and claims management.

Our BIM consultants are responsible for the implementation of the developed strategy (BIM objectives) and requirements for BIM project execution and are the contact persons on the client side for the implementation of the BIM process. They ensure that the BIM deliverables are created in accordance with the client’s information requirements and meet the project objectives.
