Commissioning Management
Efficient Commissioning Management
The commissioning management of interlocking systems includes the planning, coordination and implementation of all activities as well as the preparation of the necessary documents for the successful commissioning of new interlocking technology in Deutsche Bahn projects. Commissioning includes the inspection of the new technical systems inspectors, the safe dismantling of the old systems and their return for recycling, the training of users by the signaling technology suppliers, the preparation of the infrastructure and ensuring operational readiness. A key component is the close coordination between the project team, the system managers, the commissioning personnel and the dispatchers to ensure a smooth transition to using the new technology within an extremely limited commissioning period.
Our Expertise
Risk management
We identify potential risks and develop appropriate countermeasures. Our risk management includes proactive problem solving and ensuring that schedules and budgets are adhered to.
Planning and coordination
We take on the detailed planning of all the steps required for commissioning as well as the coordination of the teams and stakeholders involved. Delays and budget overruns are avoided through the strict monitoring and control of schedules and costs.
Monitoring and optimization
The continuous monitoring and optimization of systems after commissioning offers numerous advantages. These include the early detection and rectification of faults, improving system performance and ensuring long-term efficiency.
