Construction Management with Foresight

Based on your needs, we take on construction management for you in accordance with the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers, service phase 8, as well as other services such as site supervision or construction management. We are also happy to support you with specialized topics such as occupational health and safety and construction site logistics, and adapt our services to your project-specific requirements, the existing project organization and the associated roles and service profiles. We recommend a combination with project management in accordance with the German AHO to minimize interfaces and maximize synergies.

- In combination with our construction management services, we can take on the role of health and safety coordinator in accordance with Section 3 of the German Construction Site Ordinance.
- The experts we provide you with all have the necessary qualifications in accordance with sections 4 and 5 of RAB 30 and are certified to define and coordinate the necessary occupational health and safety measures, as well as to monitor compliance with them.
