We provide you with our technical and construction contract law expertise as well as our in-depth experience in construction supervision and coordination, construction consulting, construction process control and construction management. We therefore offer you the full range of services you need to successfully realize your construction project. Our Construction Management team takes on the role of a temporary construction department for you.
Based on your requirements, we take over Construction Management for you in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), service phase 8, as well as other services such as site supervision or construction management. We are also happy to support you with special topics such as occupational health and safety (SiGeKo) and construction site logistics. We adapt the service content to your project-specific requirements, the existing project organization and the associated roles and service profiles. We recommend a combination with Project Controlling in accordance with German engineering standards to minimize interfaces and exploit synergy effects.

Health and safety coordination on construction sites
As the initiators of a construction project, building owners are (also) obliged to take care of the health and safety of the people working on the construction site. In order to meet this requirement, many clients need support – THOST is here to help.
- In combination with our construction management services, we can take on the role of health and safety coordinator in accordance with Section 3 of the German Construction Site Ordinance.
- The experts we provide you with all have the necessary qualifications in accordance with sections 4 and 5 of RAB 30 and are certified to define and coordinate the necessary occupational health and safety measures, as well as to monitor compliance with them.
