Energy-efficient Renovation Roadmaps
Welcome to an energy-efficient future
Increasing energy efficiency and climate protection requirements demand clear strategies from property owners and companies. Energy-efficient Renovation Roadmaps show how buildings can be made fit for the future step by step. We create the basis for sustainable investments by carrying out a comprehensive inventory, assessing the initial energy situation and developing tailored measures. The roadmap identifies potential savings, prioritizes the refurbishment measures and defines time and cost frameworks – tailored to your goals and legal requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG). This allows you to reduce energy costs, increase the cost-benefit ratio and property value and make an active contribution to decarbonization.
Our energy efficiency experts (EEE) are on the official list of the German Energy Agency (DENA). This means that they meet the highest requirements for federal funding programs (including BAFA building refurbishment and KFW funding programs) and offer investment security – tested, registered and sustainable.

Create a renovation roadmap
Four steps to sustainable renovation
#1 Start Up
To begin with, our energy efficiency experts work with you to define the refurbishment goals and record the building data. This data serves as the starting point for further analysis and strategy development.
#2 Building analysis
In the next step, we assess the building fabric and plant technology. We also determine key parameters such as energy requirements and CO₂ emissions and compare these with the target status.
#3 Renovation strategy
Various renovation options are developed on the basis of the analysis. We carry out research into subsidies, identify potential savings and bundle these into an implementation strategy.
#4 Result
The Energy-efficient Renovation Roadmaps contain concrete measures, an economic feasibility assessment and a timetable – as a clear basis for making decisions on implementation.
