Supporting PMO (Variant 1)
A supportive PMO offers methodological, administrative and procedural support for Project Management and teams without intervening in the operational project activities itself. Controlling PMO (variant 2)
A controlling PMO takes on additional tasks in the project environment and ensures compliance with defined project management guidelines. It enables transparency and control across projects without intervening in their operational implementation.
Leading PMO (variant 3)
A leading PMO takes on the active management of projects or sub-projects on behalf of the client and ensures consistent, quality-controlled implementation. Introduction of PMO software (optional)
PMO software is introduced step by step, taking into account the technical, organizational and procedural framework conditions. The aim is to integrate a suitable PMO software solution into existing structures in order to digitize, standardize and sustainably support Project Management processes.
